Body image disturbance is an increasing problem in worldwide and is associated with a number of mental health outcomes including anorexia, bulimia, body dysmorphia, and depression. The aim of this study was to review E-health technology in assessment and treatment of body image disturbance in western countries. Body Image Testing System, Body Build, the Body Morph Assessment Version 2.0, and Body Image Assessment Software are feasible, electronic health techniques used to assess body image disturbance. Body Morph CD-ROM program and Virtual Reality are increasingly popular techniques for preventing and treating of body image disturbance in the educational and clinical contexts....
