Greetings to our readership, authors, reviewers, associate editors (AEs), guest editors, past editors, staff, and all others who have contributed to the success of the Journal of Computational and Nonlinear Dynamics (JCND). It is a privilege to be selected to serve as the new editor of this prestigious journal.
I feel both honored and challenged in assuming the responsibilities of this position. I am honored because my predecessor, Professor Ahmed Shabana of the University of Illinois at Chicago, together with the board of AEs and staff members, has done a tremendous job over the last 5 years in serving the journal and our community.
